I am a MBChB graduate Doctor, driven by purpose towards a mission of connecting individuals who are passionate about creating Positive Sustainable Change in their communities.

Skilled in Public Speaking, Project Management, Advocacy & Networking, Human Rights, Child & Youth Advocacy, Mediation, International Affairs and Social Services, I am eager to join an innovative international organization, where I can apply my knowledge and skills in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Ismail is an experienced public health campaigner with a demonstrated history in international development sector. Skilled in Public Speaking, Project Management, Advocacy & Networking, Human Rights, Child & Youth Advocacy, Mediation, International Affairs and Social Services. Strongly believes in sustainable solutions and value-based practice as key to building stronger, sustainable societies where children & youth have equal rights. Keen interest in the intersection between universal health, social justice & human rights.

Ismail is the Country Representative for Uganda at the Local Youth Assembly International, a civic and humanitarian youth led organization based in Canada and Nigeria. He is the Deputy Country Director at YouthLink Networks, a London based charity operating in Uganda, a partner at BeMore Global Consulting, Nigeria and a Youth Advisor and the Health Thematic Lead at the European Union Youth Sounding Board-Uganda, where he advise the EU Delegation to Uganda on mainstreaming Youth issues in the EU Development Agenda.

He is a Peace & Security Enthusiast certified as a Regional (East & Horn of African) Youth Mediator by IPHRD-Africa and the GIZ APSA project of 2019, current Team Lead at the Uganda Malaria Youth Champions; an initiative by the African Leaders Malaria Alliance (ALMA) presided over by H.E. President Umaro Sissoco Embalo of Guinea-Bissau, Climate Change Master Trainer with 10 Billion Strong, Nation Builder and a Health Professional who advocates for Youth Development with the actualization of African Union Agenda 2063 and the United Nations Agenda 2030 on the SDGs.

Born in Iganga District in Eastern Uganda, Munyamu has bred & attained his education in Mbarara & Kampala cities which are at the heart of Uganda’s economic development, travelled and partially lived across the seven East African Community Countries with a network of diverse professionals across the African continent, Canada, USA, Europe, and Asia.

As a partner at BeMore Global Consulting, he has successfully contributed to the management of projects worth over $200,000+ within 12 African countries and other continents. Munyamu coordinated and mobilized the data collection & assessment exercise for the East African Youth Inclusion Program in Uganda funded by Heifer International as a lead consultant on behalf of Kasher Consulting, Lagos, Nigeria in 2021.
